Terms & Conditions

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of full or deposit payment as applicable. Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of booking.

All transactions are secured via SSL encryption. Adama Acres Ranch does not store full credit card information on its servers.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable. In the event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with guests to reschedule at no charge. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy page.

All guests must follow ranch rules and staff instructions at all times. Guests are responsible for the safety of minors in their group.

Guests participating in ATV tours or physical activities do so at their own risk. Adama Acres Ranch is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.

Damage to ranch property caused by guests may result in additional charges. Guests under the influence of alcohol or substances will not be permitted to participate in guided activities.

Guests interact with ranch animals at their own risk. Staff will provide safety instructions that must be followed at all times.

Guests who do not comply with animal interaction guidelines may be removed from the activity without refund.

Adama Acres Ranch's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific reservation or experience in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Guests participate in all ranch activities voluntarily and assume inherent risks associated with outdoor ranch experiences, including but not limited to ATV riding, animal interactions, and trail activities.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or participation in our experiences must be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
